JERSEY CITY, NJ– Saint Peter's women's soccer standouts sophomores
Macey Williams, Heidi Miles, and
senior Joana Dias have been named to the 2025 Academic All-District Team, as announced by College Sports Communicators (CSC) Tuesday afternoon.
Academic All-District honors recognize the nation's top student-athletes for excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
A business major from Castle Rock, Colorado, Williams was one of just four Peacocks to start all 18 matches, logging over 1,500 minutes this season. Transitioning into a primarily defensive role, she helped anchor a back line that recorded four shutouts—the program's most in a single season in over a decade— and added an assist in the win over LIU. Williams also earned 2025 MAAC Soccer All-Academic Team honors.
Miles, a business major from London, Ontario, appeared in 15 matches, making 13 starts, and totaled more than 700 minutes on the pitch. She tallied one goal and one assist, contributing to the program's first MAAC-opening victory since 2019 and first win over Niagara since 2009. She also secured a spot on the 2025 MAAC Soccer All-Academic Team.
Dias, a midfielder from Viseu, Portugal, studying international business, capped her senior campaign with her strongest season yet, finishing with five goals and four assists for a team-high 14 points in conference play. She appeared in 17 matches, made 15 starts, and surpassed 1,500 minutes played. Dias was Saint Peter's lone All-MAAC honoree, earning a Second Team selection, and was also named to the 2025 MAAC Soccer All-Academic Team.
One of her standout performances came in the MAAC opener against Niagara, where she recorded a career-best five points (two goals, one assist), helping the Peacocks secure their first MAAC-opening win since 2019.
