Peacocks Gear Up For Finals Following First Day Of MAAC Outdoor Championships

LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. – The Saint Peter's track and field program saw several solid performances throughout day one of the 2025 MAAC Track and Field Outdoor Championships at Michael P. Brady Track & Field Complex on Saturday.

Amari Campbell led the charge for Saint Peter's with a fourth-place finish in the men's long jump. He jumped 6.93 meters while tying his season best mark. Later in the day, Connor Ziolkowski qualified in the 400-meter hurdles after running 54.39 for third place in the preliminary round.

Other qualifications on the track for Saint Peter's included Omari Owens-Jones in the men's 100-meter and Shania McDuffie in the women's 200-meter. Currently, the men's team sits in ninth out of 10 while the women rank 12th.
