JERSEY CITY, N.J. – The Saint Peter's University women's soccer program announced its 2025 schedule on Monday with the Peacocks set to play six non-conference matchups followed by a 12-game MAAC schedule.
The Peacocks will play two exhibition games this year, one at Wagner and the other vs. Bucknell at the newly renovated Jaroschak Field. Saint Peter's will then kick off the regular season on the road at Drexel on Thursday, August 14.
"We will have an almost brand new team this year and we're excited to see what this group can do," head coach
Julia Bazi stated ahead of the upcoming season. "A lot of our young players who played a lot last season as freshmen and sophomores now have the experience we need to move this team forward."
In 2024, the Peacocks finished last in the conference with an overall record of 4-11-2 (1-9-2 MAAC). This new team is determined to improve that record this Fall with a solid group of returners along with several key additions.
The 2025 MAAC Women's Soccer Championship is a six-team, single-elimination championship taking place November 2-9, 2025. Each match during the championship will be hosted by the higher seed and all rounds will reseed.
