NORTH ANDOVER, M.A.- The Saint Peter's Peacocks are en route to North Andover, just 30 minutes north of Boston, to take on the Merrimack College Warriors this Saturday, Sept. 12, at 12:00 PM ET at Martone-Mejail Field.
The Peacocks (1-5) are looking to start Metro play on a positive note. The Warriors (2-4-1) are hoping to bounce back after dropping their first Metro game to Marist 0-1.
Saint Peter's previous game ended in heartbreak after the Peacocks conceded two goals in under nine minutes at New Haven. Sophomore forward, Mayla McLean, had Saint Peter's lone goal of the game that was assisted by senior midfielder Julia Pinho Magno.
HISTORY WITH THE MERRIMACK WARRIORS:
The Peacocks are 1-1 overall against the Warriors. Their most recent matchup was last season, where McLean had the winning goal.
Saint Peter's played Merrimack for the first time in 2024. The Peacocks lost the match in a 3-2 thriller.

The Merrimack College Warriors are in their third official season as Metro Conference members. The Warriors previously competed in the North East (NEC) Conference.
