JERSEY CITY, NJ. - The Saint Peter's Track & Field team is set for the 2024 MAAC Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 24-25, at the Nike Track and Field Center at The Armory in New York, New York. The two-day meet will be hosted by Manhattan College.
On Saturday, the slate of track events begins with the Men's Mile Trials at 5:00 PM and concludes with the Women's DMR at 9:20. Field Events start at 5 PM with the Men's Weight Throw and wrap up with the Men's and Women's High Jump at 8:45 PM.
Expected to compete for Saint Peter's this weekend on the men's side is Diego Ruiz, Adestan Temiloluwa, Oluwamumisorire Amori, Cristian Armstrong, Devon Bembridge, Cashieve Blair, Amari Campbell, Ryan Fernandes, Delano Gooden, Brendan Heaney, Malique Jackson, Judeson Mirac, Clardo Nestor, Omari Owens-Jones, Gerardo Quaglia, and Connor Ziolkowski. On the women's side, Aaliyah Booker, Kamia Boykin, Madeline Castillo, Mikell Dolo, Louisana Flores, Karilynn Jimenez, Diamond McLaughlin, Alexus Smith, Mikayla Surles, Kennedy Vaughn, Shanelle Vilson, and Abigail Vital are expected to compete.
Following the two-day event, the MAAC will distribute awards for the MAAC Field Rookie of the Meet, the MAAC Track Rookie of the Meet, MAAC Field Most Outstanding Performer, MAAC Track Most Outstanding Performer, and MAAC Coach of the Year.
